Fake Links / Fake Data Showing in Google Search

I am having a strange issue. I am running a website called dumps4download.com whatever content I put there gets replicated on other websites in google search. For example if you open dumps4download.com and then copy any line and paste it in google search then the results shown are www.swiftsingers.co.uk/?demo=exam-demo-ske&cert=free-cas-002/comptia... www.culture66.fr/?get=free-gcih/giac-question-answers.html www.culture66.fr/?get=free/AWS-SysOps-question-14.html when I block the IPS of these websites after a while they stop coming and then they start again. Anyone knows what is this happening?
