IT (Information technology) vs Computer science vs Computer engineering (which one is hired the most?)

Im an It (information technology) student, and i wonder if my major is worth it or not. Is it better to go for Computer science? Can i opt for a masters in Software engineering instead? Does the giant tech companies like facebook, amazon, google, apple hire IT graduates, or they prefer computer scientists and computer engineers instead? I'm more into development (specifically web and mobile), is it the right path?
