Google Query: How to search for url GET parameters?

How do you search for documents based on url HTTP GET parameters with google anymore? I used to be able to do a

inurl:?param=*

and get results of documents with the url having the GET parameter named param. Is it still possible to search google like this?

An example of a search result would be

www.example.com/file.php?param=1
