Google Firebase vs Google Appengine datastore

I want to develop a web application using Java - Spring framework.

I have been using Google Appengine for 2+ years.

Should I use Google's Firebase for next web application - It supports real time database, due to which lot's of things are auto managed and many more..

Does Firebase provide SDK for Java? Somewhat like Google Appengine SDK.
