Search on IFRAME application / Search Document (Drive) on Google Sites

I have a problem with the function " Google search" on Google sites. i can search all documents , pages on my Google sites but i can't search a keyword on my Iframe Application ( application deploy on Google app engine ), it's normal ?

And can I search documents on Google drive via the Google sites ?
