Is it possible to substitute the current project id into the app.yaml file when deploying to Google Cloud?

For example

#app.yaml

runtime: go112

env_variables:

  PROJECT_ID: {the current project id}

[chaom...@insightech.com]

Maybe try Cloud Build https://cloud.google.com/build/docs/configuring-builds/substitute-variable-values
