Last night beginning at around 9:30PM PDT (GMT-7) a small percentage
of IP addresses were blocked from using some App Engine apps for about
three and a half hours (although most of these IPs were blocked for
less than two hours) as a result of a configuration error in our abuse-
detection systems. Normal service has be restored to all apps.
We've adjusted the tuning on these systems so this is unlikely to
cause any more problems.
