November 14 - Short App Engine Admin Console Outage

Starting at approximately 8:30PM PST, the App Engine Admin Console and
app deployment were hit by an infrastructure issue which results in
errors during use of the admin console and when attempting to deploy
new versions of applications. We identified the cause and fixed the
issue at 9:15 PM PST. App Engine applications were not affected by
this downtime.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working hard to improve the
infrastructure across the entire service, including non-serving
infrastructure like the Admin and deployment management tools.
