During our planned maintenance we experienced a few issues that led to
a small number of applications, those published after 6:00PM PST,
experiencing some downtime. The Admin Console was also down
intermittently from 5:00PM to 8:00PM PST. Around 8:00PM PST we
resolved the issues and completed the upgrade. All applications are
now back up and serving, however, a bug was introduced during the
upgrade that prevented some objects from being pickled and stored in
memcache correctly. We know the cause of this issue and are
investigating a resolution.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We are working on
a post-mortem report that outlines the underlying causes of these
problems so that we don't experience the same issues again.
