Domain Mapping Workflow Errors

A recent release of the Google Apps domain mapping workflow was pushed
at 2PM Pacific. During the push we introduced a bug that prevented
some users from successfully completing that workflow. We have
identified and fixed the problem and we are in the process of pushing
out a new release that contains this fix. I'll update the group when
the push is complete.
