DB의 Blob데이터를 사용한 BlobStore 사용법

DB의 Blob형의 비디오 데이터가 있습니다.

이걸 BlobStore에 넣고싶은데 어떻게 하면되나요?

BlobStore는 request를 이용해서 업로드를 하더군요

그래서 어떻게 해야할지 궁금합니다/.
