Google Play Developer API not accessible from APIs Explorer

It seems that the Google Play Developer API does not recognize the APIs Explorer project ID. Please ask the Google Play Developers API team to allow requests with the APIs Explorer project ID.

Based on a previous thread https://groups.google.com/d/msg/google-apis-explorer-users/o1rQnvBTvV4/E-GFOkTatT0J, this seems to also be occurring with the Google Play Game Services Management API.

That previous thread's error and this one are not the same. The previous error is related to the fact that the Google Play Game Management API is not enabled for APIs Explorer currently. However, the Google Play Developer API is. This error in some way relates to how this project ID you are using is configured (as indicated by the error).

You're right – the Google Play Game Management API is unrelated to my issue.

The APIs Explorer doesn't allow me to enter my own project ID. Does this mean that there is no way to make calls against the Google Play Developer API using the APIs Explorer?

APIs Explorer allows you to enter the fields specified in the API specification. I'm not familiar with this API specifically, but based on its documentation, I don't think you need a project ID in most of the calls you can make with that API.
