Display Image from Google Cloud Storage with API

Hey guys ! I'm currently trying to display images from one of my buckets without downloading it, is it possible via the API ?

If yes, what function/method can I use ?

I saw that I could get URL from images if th bucket is public. Is there a solution with private buckets ? with the use of a OAuth token or something like that ?
