Hi all,

Using Google Discovery document format, how can I document HTTP header parameters and HTTP form (POST) parameters (not JSON object) ?

From the specification, it looks like only query and path parameters are supported at the moment

parameters.(key).location string Whether this parameter goes in the query or the path for REST requests.
