Google Maps & Public Transportation Stops & Stations

What or where can I find the Google Maps API that would provide all the bus stops, train stations, underground stations/stops, overground stops or other public transportation stops and stations for a given lat long coordinate location. If you look at the Google Maps image I have added, I have circled all the public transportation stops and stations around Elephant & Castle in London, this includes bus stops, the Elephant & Castle Underground station and the Elephant & Castle Rail station and Castle. If the user taps on any of the stops or station additional information is displayed.
