Google play developers API | The current user has insufficient permissions to perform the requested operation.

Hi guys,

I am trying to Subscription details by hitting the end point : GET https://androidpublisher.googleapis.com/androidpublisher/v3/applications/{packageName}/purchases/subscriptions/{subscriptionId}/tokens/{token}

I am using laravel wrapper of Google PHP library 

I always getting the error message like "The current user has insufficient permissions to perform the requested operation."

I tried to update the permission of the service account also regenerated the JSON for the service account, still the same issue.

Any help is highly appreciated
