InAppProduct price conversions into foreign currencies

I recently discovered that the price of my inAppProduct in foreign currencies appears to be fixed at the time of creation/update. This is problematic for currencies like EGP which fluctuate wildly. I set the price of the InAppProduct in USD and set autoConvertMissingPrices=True. I'd prefer not to have to update all of my InAppProducts frequently to account for currency fluctuations. How are others dealing with this?
