Error while running this Code Via Cron Job

 Hi All,
 This code is working well when i run via web URL , But I want to execute / run this code via Cron job . I am getting following error when the Cron runs.

 "There was a general error : HTTP Error: (0) error setting certificate verify locations:   CAfile: /etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt  CApath: none"

Can you let me know what should i do to fix this issue.
