Google Cloud Functions API missing?

Hi,
the web page that lists supported APIs (https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/java/apis/) links to https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/java/apis/cloudfunctions/v1 but it (and the link to v1beta2) is dead. I found com.google.apis:google-api-services-cloudfunctions:v1-rev7-1.22.0 in Maven Central but it doesn't seem to contain much.
What is the state of this API in the Java client? Is it under development and what is the current preferred way to call background cloud functions from the JVM?
