As of 3/7/2017, searching for the RuntimeConfig APIs from:
By default links to a v1 documentation page:
https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/java/apis/runtimeconfig/v1
https://developers.google.com/api-client-library/java/apis/runtimeconfig/v1
but the API is still in 'v1beta1' so the client and documentation linked to from the 'v1' is practically empty and unusable.
