Rely on app credential without requiring user credential. Bucket ACL is
defined for public read_write.

There's a sample on the Cloud Storage site [1] which demonstrates basic
interactions with the API. There are many other references that'll help you
get started, but you can post your request on that site if you really need
a sample for upload.

Unfortunately we are not adding API specific samples on this site any more.
