Could you provide an example of using Calendar API V3 with GWT, GAE, and
also app engine modules which includes the default module, backends module
(with static, dynamic, public, private backends).

We do have a sample of using Calendar API with AppEngine [1]. Unfortunately
we have stopped adding API specific samples on this site.
