Google Oauth .net set Approval_Prompt=force

I were using Google OAuth for my web apps and now I want to set the Approval_Prompt value to Force.

I already googling it but cannot found the solution in .NET languange. All the solution in PHP language and I cannot implement it into my .net.

Please somebody help me.
