Getting the Library

Hi all,

I'm following the guide to download and install the library, but I found two problems:

1) It is not clear where I can find the download link.

2) If I'm looking at the right site, it does not work.

Could you please lend me a hand with this?

Hi Ernesto.  The docs are out of date and I'm in the process of refreshing them.

I have a pull request pending in https://github.com/google/google-api-cpp-client/pull/44 that offers clear, concise build and run instructions and only samples that have been tested.

I would really appreciate it if you could try the new instructions.  The bad news is that, yes, I'm asking you to be the first one to test the new code and docs.  The good news is that someone (anyone) has actually successfully run this code in the past 2 years.

Please clone the fork:

git clone -b squashServiceAccount https://github.com/SurferJeffAtGoogle/google-api-cpp-client.git

And follow the instructions here:
