I know that there are samples for other languages like C#,Python and Java but no sample using the c++ api.

the class structure is quit similar. Now my question is : It is possible to translate an example from C# to C++?

The best place to ask that is in the YouTube API support forum.  https://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask?tags=youtube-api

As far as translation, my guess is that if you took the C# and Java examples side by side, along with a sample of media upload in the C++ library docs,  you would have enough to see how to use the YouTube API from C++.

I had started writing a sample of the Broadcast API when the project transitioned so dont recall the state it is in. I do not recall using it so suggest you try it out first or let it serve as a reference for writing your own. It is at apiserving/clients/cpp/samples/youtube_broadcast_main.cc
