Query doesn't refresh as requested

I've made 5 queries in my superProxy, with a refresh interval of 60 seconds. Some now and then it refreshes every 60 seconds, but most of the time it doesn't. Google's free quota shows 50.000 requests a day, so I don't really know where the problem is.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
