Is it possible to get google anyalytics data without authentication?

Actually I need to create custom dashboard for our admin portal where we need display google analytics different statistics data Via Graph for Single or Multiple sites.

 

So I am just looking for solution where end user need not login but authorization credentials(client ID, client secret key) will passed to google api and which will helps to get analytics stats data.

 

So Can you suggest/advice which API that will help to get google analytics into Offline mode.
