Data not updating despite scheduled for every 15 seconds

I have a query that is suppose to update every 15 seconds, and when I test the query, it runs fine with no errors.

However when I let it run, the JSON or CSV output does not get updated despite it indicating data was refreshed x seconds ago.

Does the public endpoint ALWAYS give the latest figures?

Same problem, data is not refreshed on set time interval. I have 8 queries and only one works. Mistery! Other 7 does not refresh automatically.
