Google Apps Scripts: Run Reports from the Google Analytics Add-On

Hi Support Community, 

I am building an automated web metrics monitoring report that updates, sends, and saves each month. I've created Google Scripts functions for distributing the report to a list of emails and a function for saving the report to our Google Drive. However, I am having trouble finding a way for Google Scripts to utilize the Google Analytics Run Report function so that when the report is distributed and saved, it contains up-to-date data. The function I am looking to introduce is located under the Google Sheets tab "Add-Ons" > "Google Analytics" > "Run reports"

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you're running the same document every month and sending a copy, you could use the "Add-Ons" > "Google Analytics" > "Schedule Reports" option. It'll open a dialog that, once you check the "Enable" button, allows you to pick a frequency, day, and hour for that document to run all the reports in it. It's not in Google Scripts, just a setting on the sheet, but it might meet your needs.

Did you find how to trigger the add on through google scripts? 

I can't use schedule reports so i m looking for a trigger through google scripts:)
