Unknown dimension: ga:acquisitionSourceMedium

I'm getting an error when trying to use acquisition source/medium as a dimension:

Even though there were no errors in the report creator and it's clearly listed under dimensions:

Even listed as a dimension in Google's own reference:

Anyone know what's going on? Is this dimension obsolete or something?

I'm trying to pull this dimension from GA into spreadsheet, the ecommerce conversion rate under acquisition -> all campaigns when sorted by source/medium. I'm assuming it's ga:AcquisitionSourceMedium?

Yes, this is a bug (sort of).

If you look at the ga:acquisitionSourceMedium dimensions documentation, you'll see a column that says "Adding in API version" and this dimensions was added in version 4.

The add-on only uses version 3 of the Core Reporting API because the new version (v4) hasn't been added to the apps scripts framework yet.

I'll see if I can make some updates so v4 dimensions/metrics don't appear in the dropdown list in the create sidebar.

I've updated the add-on to exclude metrics/dimensions not supported by the v3 reporting API.

I see... so there is no way to get this dimension into GA for spreadsheet? It's the dimension highlighted in the pic I linked, I'm assuming it's ga:acquisitionSourceMedium? Or is it something else.

There's no way to get it using the add-on until the v4 reporting API is supported in Sheets add-ons and I release an update (which I will as soon as it's supported).
