Error: "User has no Google Analytics account data" while there is

Hi all, I'm trying to use Google analytics spreadsheet add-on but it pops the following error:

• I do have a google analytics account another the same address which is running for a couple of months and with many events.
• currently, I only have permissions to "Read & Analyze", it may have something to do with that?

Having the same issue as well. Any suggestions?

I think that it might be related to new property type - App + Web - as it's exactly my case. In this case, I can't get to View in the admin panel and give the service account propper permissions. Although, I've added service account on the Account level(inherits to Property level as well).

I just fixed this by creating a new property, then clicking the show advanced options, then i activated "Create a Universal Analytics property "

Then I entered my site url in the field provided.
