Data discrepancy & dates not aligning

We've coming across two main issues when we pull the reports:

1. When we try to export data going back as far as 2019, it is only pulling through data from 2022 - 2024. Why is this not showing historical data before this when the report is 

The limit size is set to 1,000,000 and the dates are set between 4-10-2019 - 04-10-2023. 

2. There is also a discrepancy when we review the Google Analytics average time on page versus the average time on page shown in the report (using the date dimension to view specific days)

I'm getting the same issue as #1. I've not worked it out yet!

It seems to be OK depending on the dimensions. Source/medium doesn't work, but Channel does.
