Analytics addon not working

Hi,

I am having a problem with the analytics add on for sheets. Since a few weeks the reports are not updating automatically (which I had setup), also if I ask for a manual "Run reports" I get the following blank popup:

And also if I try to create a new report, I also get a blank window:

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the addon, and I am on latest google Chrome (49.0.2623.75 m).

Any ideas?

Are you getting any JavaScript errors logged to the web console?

The add-on works for me, so it's most likely a temporary error or something of that nature. It could also be one of your browser extensions conflicting. Without knowing your setup it's hard to say for sure.

Hi there!

I understand it is necromancy.

You could pull through "dropping postMessage.. was from unexpected window". Just disable all extension of your browser. Most often for me it is LastPass extension.

Hi there, I believe that we are facing the same issue - the console log is below, the weird thing is that we have one document with many view ID's from two accounts. One account works flawlessly and can make and run new reports, while the second account stopped working. 

I was hoping that deactivating all extensions on the browser would fix this issue even though I tried incongnito, multiple computers and browsers in multiple locations(Safari and Chrome on MacOS, and Chrome on Windows 10).

Any ideas on how we can fix this? After all of the things I've tried, I believe that this could be the issue: 

chromewebdata/:1 Refused to display 'https://drive.google.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

But sadly I believe that this should be fixed on the extensions end.

This error occurs when you are trying to run the reports from a Google account that is not the default (first in list) account that you are logged into.

Best to use difference browser profiles if you need to switch between google accounts to run reports.
