ScriptError: Authorisation is required to perform that action

Hi All,

Since today i am geting this error when trying to refresh reports via de addon.

To make sure the issue was not due to an issue with authorisation i created a copy of the sheet, disabled the plugin, activated the plugin but again i get the same issue

When addding a new qry it seems to work fine, i have access to all properties but then when running the script i get the same error msg.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it.

Same problem here. Deleted the add-on and all the files, but still get the error.

I have the same issue, I cannot refresh my report. I also tried to delete and add again the add-on but I get the same error. Do you know how to solve it?

I've the exact same problem, I've also tried to use it in a new sheet, uninstall and install the add on..

I had the same problem - i think it may have been an extension causing it as opening sheets in an incognito window solved the problem for me.

Thank you Jared! Yes, using incognito mode helped.
