From the screenshot of your Report Configuration sheet, it looks like you manually edited the row names, and that probably caused some issues in the automatic upgrade process.
When the process errors, it creates a new blank report configuration sheet (named "Report Configuration") so you can manually upgrade, and it makes a backup of your original config sheet (named "Copy of Report Configuration").
I'd recommend taking a look at the reference documentation to see what the new config options are, and hopefully it's not too much trouble to manually migrate those reports.
In the future please do not edit the row names or you may face issues like this again.
