There was no new timeouts added to the add-on. Any addons are subjected to apps script limit of 6 minutes to run scripts. If you have multiple queries and they take longer than 6 minutes you might see an error or timeout.
What we recommend is that you try to simplify your queries or simply break it into multiple spreadsheets.
The Analytics API, can also be going through a slower period and this can cause the add on to timeout more frequently. Again this is not something specific to the add-on, and not something the add-on will handle.
In this cases waiting a few minutes and trying again can make it work. But to make it run more reliably we recommend splitting into smaller spreadsheets.

Hi Eduardo,
Even when I put it into a separate speadsheet (completely clean!), with (basic) settings below in screenshot, it does not work.
Removing the segment solves the issue, but using this segment is the purpose of this sheet… and…it used to work… have seen output…
Any help or tips?
Thanks!
Alex

Your problem doesn't seem to be a timeout. Perhaps something wrong with your query or maybe your query returns no data. Does this query work if you try it on Query Explorer?
Works without a problem in query explorer. Slow but works…
Does not work via google sheets
Variables in both cases
· Property: ga:110353424
· Start date april 1st this year
· End date “yesterday”
· Metrics: ga: sessions, ga:pageviews, ga:transactions (and in query explorer, even more metrics can be used and it is still working!)
· Dimentions: ga:date
· Sort empty
· Filters empty
· Segment (gaid::-7 (build in segment, direct traffic)
So I would say this is not a complex one, only a lot of data :0)
If I remove segment in sheets, the query works fine.
