Inaccurate data (much lower active users)

Hello,

Since yesterday (05.01.2015) I have observed inaccurate answers of real-time Google API.
A few times we are receiving in response a much lower than normal numbers in most of our customer accounts

Just now (06.01.2015) we received activeUsers = 5 as response, when the normal would be 10,000 (our site was not down)

Someone else is having the same problem?
It only happens in API...
