No API access (maybe a violation issue)

Hello everyone. I used Google Analytics Real Time Reporting API in the process of developing a WiFi monetization and advertising platform. Today somehow, I lost access to the API.
The API stored the results from the call into a local db with the client's IP fetched from a PHP script. Is storing this kind of data a violation for this particular API ? Maybe storing google's data with data from your own source is considered a violation?
