How do I contact Google to develop my new product?

I am consulting with an analytics firm that wants to integrate the Google Analytics API. There may also be opportunities to integrate ours with Google's and custom configure a dashboard, or find a third-party, already developed Google-fed metrics program to white label and integrate with. Not really sure where to start, but it makes sense to explore options with a Google representative. How do I get in touch with a human at Google to discuss development options?
