And i didnt found parameter age and gender. What i should send to http://www.google-analytics.com/collect for collecting age and gender?

Are you talking about remarking similar to display features in analytics.js? If so, that feature is not available for the Measurement Protocol.

If you're not talking about that and you just want to send age and gender data to GA (because you happen to know it), you should use a custom dimension.
