Google goals setting

Hi, I am new to Google analytic. I got a task to set the google goals. I referred https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012040?hl=en and https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1012040?hl=en. I set the goals for sign up. In our site, new users are registering but in goals, it is not showing.
I attached the screen shot of goal detail. Please see once
If it is wrong, please tell me what should I have to correct it
