Time-zone at Analytics Settings differs from time-zone at Edit Profiles

About a month ago, I have created a Google account and a Google analytics account. Because I live in China, I set the Time-Zone on GMT +08:00 (China-Beijing).
After that, I've created a profile to keep track on the analytics of my website. Everything is working fine.

However, when I go to "edit" in the Website profile overview, the time-zone there is set on GMT-07:00 (Pacific Time).
When I look at a rapport, visitors per hour, most visitors visit the site was wrong. (which is not logical in GMT +08.00, but is logical in GMT -07.00)

To be short, after I set the timezone correctly in my account, the timezone used in the rapports is wrong. When I create a new profile, the timezone is set correctly, but after I clicked on safe, the timezone changes into the wrong one.
Can anyone help me?

And I didn't link it to your AdWords account.
I exported the timezone from the "ga:timezone",the results was "America/Los_Angeles",in fact, I set the timezone as "(GMT +8:00)China-Beijing".This trouble me so much.
