Analytics for Mobile "server-side"

Hello,

I've some questions about Analytics for Mobile "server-side". I'm not
sure if this was the right forum. Please, let me know if there is a
better place where to write.

Some weeks ago a post on analytics blog contained infos about a new
feature that allow to truck devices without javascript engine.

In the post there is a link to a zip file

In the zip there are some files and one pdf. At the beginning of the
pdf there is an invitation to "report bug and feature request" but the
link is not a link (click does not work) and there is not the link in
clear text.


Where is the forum in which to discuss of the new features? Is this
the right one?
