How to get Screen analytics data using API

Hi, everyone.

I have App analytics data in my GA.

And I need to pull them out using GA API, but seems there is no way to do so.

Can anyone help me to cover the issue?

Is it really impossible to get Screen data via API?

No dimension and metrics are defined for Screen, but only for Page.

According to API Doc, Screen is same concept with Page in Web, but if I give Page related dimension and metrics, nothing fetch.

Any help will be much appreicated.

We resolved this approach by sending additional "Custom Dimension" from an app after registering those in analytics "Admin" views. You can then pick these dimensions in Analytics reports on website but not in API.
