Setvar problem

Hello all,

I have a newsletter and a website.
If an user clicks on a link in the newsletter, he is redirected to the
site. Under water is setvar being set with an email adres (from the
user that clicked).
This works but im missing a few emails.

How come sometimes setvar isnt being set?
worked about 33 times, 8 times it didnt work.

Can somebody help me with this?
