Process for using Google Analytics with Python

Hi,

I am a newbie and i have a site monitored by google analytics. and i have to get data from GA using core reporting API. previously i was doing this using a third party module which was handling all the connection procedure for me. but today it is not responding, so i thought of doing all procedure on my own. i tried to understand the procedure using documentation but i am not able to understand that. Can any one tell me the steps how to use GA with python. i have profile id and gmail account credentials with me. please reply me it would be very helpful.

I have tried this tutorial i m able to register my projject and get client id and secret but when i run tutorial file with this credentials i m getting error of redirect uri mismatch.

My main confusion is in Redirect URIs can u explain me a little bit about redirect URIs. how to give redirect URIs.
