Migration Update and Notice of Account Feed Shutdown

We expect the Data Export API v2.3 migration to be completed by the end of this week, and the API shutdown to take place next week. The Account Feed is not part of the migration. If you haven't switched over to the Management API for configuration data, it is important to do so immediately to avoid receiving 404 errors once the Data Export API is shutdown.
