Fixed: Custom Variables in Account Feed

Hi,

Just before the holiday we found an issue with the way custom variable
data was exposed through the Google Analytics API Account Feed and we
decided to roll this feature back temporarily. We have now fixed this
problem and today the Account Feed properly returns custom variables.
