Exclude internal traffic for a view

Hi Team,

Can you anyone guide me who do I exclude internal traffic of the organisation so that we get to see the proper usage of the customers?

I have already created filter with private IP addresses but doesn't seem to be working. To use the public ip addresses, the tracert is just going from within network and no where it is using public IP address.

Please let me know how do I fix it or if I'm missing anything.
