Cannot see data in UserID view, but can see real time data.

Hi,

I can see the userId being passed in the console log via the Google Analytics debugger and I can see the data in the realtime area.

I can see transactions etc being logged in the non-userid view so I can see that is setup ok.

I have tried using the "set" syntax and the "create" for defining the user id.

However I am unable to see any more data in the UserID view.

Any tips for debugging this?

Should the userId be set as a dimension as well? Initially I figured it shouldn't be a dimension, I noticed it in my account as inactive so left it so, but I'm wondering if it should be active.

Or perhaps the userId being a dimension as well is clashing with the dedicated userId? Even though it is inactive?

Data was logged since Tuesday the 19th, so I would expect it to be visible now.

I have same issue in UserID view.

However, in all web site data view, I too see data in real time but in others reports this view only users unidentified.

Ah yes, that's the same thing that is happening for us.

We have an agency taking a look for us, which will pass it on to Google. I'll send a message back here if I find anything out.

After 5 days, now there are data in the UserID and all web site data views. I can not explain how...
